As Indians, As a Human Being, As a civilized Society:

We need healthy, rich and  strong democratic contents since we have a very good democratic container.

Notes: Dear Readers, the timeline I have mentioned in this article might not be correct. This blog is to just highlight my opinions or analysis of the free India. For the timeline or actual facts: pl. refer authentic resources. Enough references are available in India. Only my request is to understand my opinion and can definitely comment on my views.

Before Independence: 

1612-1947

Britsh Raj for 200 Years, means if average age of Indian is 70, then about 3 to 4 generations got ruled by British

Good Administration was a gamble, depends on the personality of King and their Administration staffs.

Questions ?

India was rich in wealth, knowledge, culture, relationship, but definitely not rich in Castism and but were rich in blind believes.

Question 1: What was the root cause of Invaders invading India ?

1> First of all why are they get attracted to India ? When somebody gets attracted, means there is something good. 

2> When many from far get attracted , it means there are something very good . That's many are taking pain to come to India and snatch the attraction from India.

3> If something is very good, then we should protect it. Does it mean that we didn't know they India is very good and attractive, which others from far knew it .

Question 2: What helped the invaders to invade India and snatch the beauty from India ?

I request all Indians to think about it. Because History repeats all the time if the learning from the mistakes , directly or indirectly applicable are not taken care.

We got Independence from British on 1947:

Very good , Congratulations. We planted a tree of Independence. But root is definitely more than 200 years deep.

But usually it should be a Happy beginning. Was it a happy beginning ? Why there were lot of sorrows, cruelty , killings, hatredness during independence, riots, partition, a lot of chaos. How can a lot of hard work for years can yield such a result ? Think about it.   

What was the root cause ? We are civilized, we are cultured, our freedom fighters were great, our leaders at that time were great ? Then what was the problem. 

As per my understanding, we cannot blame situations for the bad result, we, as a human being with human capacity, should be prepared for all type of circumstances and should get the result as a winner. 

We need a strong Human base who are responsible for prosperity, peace, beauty and honor. 

If somebody is sick, some takes painkiller to get a temporary relief, some diagnose the actual problem and cure it, some gets wrong medication, became more sick, some takes the proper medication to cure the disease as well as they protect/prevent themselves for the future probable diseases doing extensive study, analysis  on how to protect in long run.

Disease destroys the host, whether disease in human, plant, animal or society. Detect, diagnose, destroy the disease and prevent from other diseases for the long term.

Post Independence:

People does their work.

Democracy is there : An ideal system

But are the peoples' mind understand the importance of Governance and the democratic systems. Does our education system educates what is governance and it's impact on their day-to-day life.

Is it required ? If so Any action was taken for that ?

Next question: Why do we have different system like Police, CBI, CID, Defense etc. Some are for extertnal defense purpose, some for internal law and order management as well as take the proactive initiatives to use the trained resources from these department for the prosperity of our country. All the policing work for different purposes. Still why is not able to eradicate all the criminality including corruption.

Then why there are so many social diseases in our country. Have we done a root cause analysis for that. Who is responsible for doing that ? As an Indian, everybody has to do that. But as society or system, it should also be done as a part of systems functionality.

Are all the systems well connected . Are we managing it as an owner. It's just we are doing it as we are supposed to do it, not with passion, pride and also as an Indian. Who is having the bigger picture what we are doing every minute, every day or in our lifetime as a human who is the most intelligent and valued creature on earth. If we are not doing that, aren't we underestimating ourselves. If there is a gap, initiatives should be taken to fill that gap.

Do I take credit if I get good results in an Exam ? Do I also take responsibility if I fail in the exam ? Don't know ? But both the results impact ourselves , our family, our friends, also to our country;

Excellence in individual will lead to excellence in a group, that will lead to excellence in an Area, in district, in state, in country also will bring excellence in mother earth.

Corrupted system, people are suffering from social diseases , revolting and may be trying to have temporary fix or a pain killer or may be correct medication for corruption. But what about the unforeseen diseases which we are not able to see now and we are not doing extensive research to find out the disease free system. 

We need individuals thought process to change. Thats the difference between services and product. In Services we provide the service to a product, but in product, we have a product of our own. We can make it excellent, better, good or worse. It's in our hand. Policing cannot help. We need individuals to be good.

So every Indians have to have first the thought and feel of independence in their mind and brain.  Should be eager to work hard, smart to bring the best in our country. They shouldn't just server whatever is their in our country as a good or bad. They have bring out from themselves the best to make our country best.

Need: 

We need rich and  strong democratic contents since we have a very good democratic container.

We need the best leaders in our country. That's the Immediate requirement.


Policing will never help in long run.  We have to plan for long term now , not for a pain killer which will have side effects.

Suggestion:

Do a Reality show the way we are searching for singers, dancers, actors. Now a days -it's very popular. 

But this time, not to increase the TRP, but to fill our democratic container with excellent contents.

Pandit Chanakya searched for Chandragupta Maurya.  Everybody knows his selection and grooming process and the results too. 

Like Pandit Chanakya, we need so many mentors , who are the true leaders and patriots by heart and head,  who can start the talent hunt for political leaders, mentor them, enable them to bring the best in all of us.  

Define what are the characteristics of a leader,  starting from the leader of a small area in our political system to the country level  like a Ward, block, district, state, country level. 

The mentors can take the pain and pleasure to build a political system to fill the democratic container. 

No Pain, No Gain. If you enjoy the pain, there are only Gain and Gain. But don't take the pain, just for fun, Have a purpose and validate what value you are going to bring in.

Please make a product of Democratic system, don't just do a service to democratic products.


It will take time. But how much time it took to get independence from British. Definitely we will not take that much time to bring this change. Because now we are educated, brave, hardworking and very good human beings.

Then there won't be any complain, only action for growth,.

If everybody wins in true sense, then only our mother India wins. Pl. be the winner and act for long term prosperity, for which there may be some pain for short term. That's pleasure.

Lord Krishna didn't have a jail in Dwarika , because of people of Dwarika.
